Packa-Ching appoints business owners from level 1 and level 2 BEE owned SMMEs in the recycling industry, to own and run a Packa-Ching unit in selected areas.
An appointed business owner must employ between three to five new individuals in his/her business to work as their Packa-Ching team, increasing the job creation opportunities in the South African recycling industry.
Successfully appointed business owners are awarded a Packa-Ching trailer and all the equipment necessary to run a successful Packa-Ching unit, as well as support from the core Packa-Ching operations team.
